​How Can I Pay For My Order?

 

Orders Within the United States

We accept the following payment options:

  • American Express

  • MasterCard

  • Visa

  • Paypal

At this time, It's an Inside Job cannot accept international credit cards.

 

Orders Outside the United States

Please click the Paypal button to select your country, and make your payment through Paypal.

The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your card is approved, which may have an effect on your account balance even though the actual payment (transfer of funds) will not occur until your order ships. 

 

If you order a pre-order item, we recommend that you deduct the full amount of your order from your debit card records, to ensure funds are available as your items are shipped. 

 

Shipping information

Enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

 

If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, cick the box next to Use This Address For Billing. If you are purchasing a gift, please click the Yes box next to Is This a Gift.

 

Then select a shipping method from the options provided. 

 

Billing Information

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. 

 

The Check-Out Process

When you are ready to make your purchase, place your mouse over your cart at the top of the page and click Checkout. 

 

Item Availability

We make every effort to maintain stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock on popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is also available at the time of shipping.

 

In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail, and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total. 

 

Pre-Order Availability

Pending credit card authorization, pre-order items will be processed, charged, and shipped as they become available. Pre-order shipping dates are for estimation purposes only. Items may ship before or after the estimated shippng date. 

 

Your credit card will be charged as our items are shipped.

 

Please note that all pre-order items will ship via standard ground. You may receive several shipments in order to complete the fulfillment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail for all items as they are shipped. 

 

Pre-order items are excluded from promotions.

Returns & Refunds

 

Returns

Our refund policy is 15 Days.

 

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at marilyn@itsaninsidejob.net.

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marilyn@itsaninsidejob.net 

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased it, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

 

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using UPS or USPS.

 

To return your product, you should e-mail marilyn@itsaninsidejob.net.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, we will accept your return of product in original condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receipt of your It's an inside job order. 

 

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. 

 

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, It's an inside job reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

 

To return an item purchased at It's an inside job, simply follow the return instructions on the order inovice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise, and return the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. 

 

Affix our pre-paid UPS return label to that shipping box, and drop it off at any UPS pick-up location.

What do we do with your information?

 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

 

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

 

With your permission, we may send you e-mail about our store, new products, and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment

 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
